First and foremost we look for communication skills. Emphasis of company is to know whether candidate will be able to communicate with clients. If company finds these traits it is easy for company to mould candidate as per their needs. A lot of companies look for street-smart kids who are adaptable to all sorts of technology and can fit into any kind of role we give them in offices across the country. The next thing suppose to be looked for is how good the person’s technical skills are, based on the assignment that have been given to them. Fresher should be willing to relocate and willing to work long hours. Candidate should not tell that they have very long office hours.
